Working principle

The waste in the equipment successively through drying, pyrolysis, carbonization and burning four continuous processes, resulting in a small amount of ash and slag discharged outside the equipment. In order to control the generation of dioxins, ordinary incineration equipment requires that the temperature of the incineration gas must reach more than 850 degrees Celsius, and the residence time must reach more than 2S. Low-temperature pyrolysis incineration equipment is different from the working principle of ordinary incineration equipment, pyrolysis and carbonization are carried out in a state of low oxygen, and the generation of dioxins is produced from the source, and the formation of dioxins is controlled without relying on flue gas temperature and residence time. There are four basic conditions for the formation of dioxins: chlorine, oxygen, temperature and catalyst. In principle, the low-temperature cracking equipment controls the factors of dioxin production: waste in the cracking stage and carbonization stage is always in a state of hypoxia (reduction atmosphere), only oxidizing atoms are prefered to combine with C and H, Cu, AL, Fe, etc., are not easy to be oxidized, and the formation of dioxins requires heavy metal catalysts such as copper compounds, thus weakening the dioxin generation environment.
